We hope your Qwilr experience is a smooth one, but if you ever need to get in touch with our team with an issue or even if you just need advice, we're here for you. There are a few ways you can get help.
1. The "Help" button in your account.
This will pop up our help modal with allows you to directly search our documentation and also allows you to send us a message.
2. Email us directly at email@example.com . For the quickest response please use the help button in your account.
3. Browse our help docs at help.qwilr.com for 24 hour a day assistance.
We do our best to get back to you as soon as possible (we average under an hour response times for our paying customers) during our support hours.
Our team is located all over the world and we aim to be available 24 hours a day, 5 days a week (starting at 9am NZDT on Monday and ending at 5pm PST on Friday). We also offer limited support over the weekends and on most public holidays.
