Managing your Qwilr subscription

In this guide, you'll learn how to subscribe to one of our plans, change your plan, update payment details, view and customize your receipts, or cancel your subscription.

Note: Billing operations are available to account admins only.

Subscribing to a paid plan

If you have a trial account and would like to subscribe to the Business plan:

Step 1. In your Qwilr trial account, head to the top right corner and click on your initials. Choose Account Settings, then choose Subscription. Click the Change Plan button.

Step 2. You're now on the Plan Explorer page. In the top left corner, use the drop down menu to choose between monthly and yearly subscriptions. Then click Continue.

Step 3. Enter your debit/credit card details and click Next. Then we'll confirm your payment details.

Your debit/credit card will be charged immediately, and on a regular basis (monthly or annually) until you decide to cancel your subscription.

If you'd like to subscribe to the Enterprise plan, the most premium and feature-packed of our plans, choose that option and click Continue

Please note, the Enterprise plan is only available as an annual subscription for a minimum of 5 users

Step 3. Enter your debit/credit card details and click Next. Then we'll confirm your payment details. Remember: Enterprise plans require 5 users and are billed annually.

Your debit/credit card will be charged immediately, and annually on the same date, until you decide to cancel your subscription.

Cards Qwilr accepts

Qwilr accepts payments via Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Note: You'll want to make sure that your card has no restrictions on international transactions, or ongoing subscription purchases.

Refund policy

Refunds are not offered except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.

If you subscribe to a paid plan on a monthly basis, you'll be able to cancel your plan at any time. If you cancel during a billing period, you'll still be charged for the full month, but your account will immediately close. Contact our team if you want your account to remain open until the end of your billing.

If you sign up for an annual subscription, you can cancel your plan at any time, but there is no refund for unused time. Your account will immediately close. Contact our team if you want your account to remain open until the end of your billing period.
