How do I change the billing address on my account?
Update your billing email: ensure your payment receipts reach the right inbox
If you need to change the email address where your payment receipts are sent, you can easily update it within your account settings. This is a simple process that ensures all future receipts are sent to the correct email. Follow these steps to update your billing email and keep your records accurate and organized.
Note: You'll need to be an admin user to make this change.
Head to your initials in the top right of your Qwilr account and select Account Settings, then select Billing on the left. Once you're on that page click the Manage billing button on the Subscription row.

This will take you to your Current Subscription page where you can update your Billing information, including the billing email you receive receipts to. Under Billing information, click Edit information.

The second line down is your billing email address. Update that email and click Save at the bottom, and all future receipts/invoices will go to your new billing address.
