Drift Integration

Drift is a great way to add a chat widget to your Qwilr Pages. With it your clients will be able to send you live chat messages while they're viewing your pages. Drift offers a free trial and paid plans. 

Note: Integration settings are only available to account admins.

Setting up the integration

Step 1. Login to your Drift account and head to Settings. Then, under App Settings from the left menu, select the Drift Widget. 

Step 2. Click Install, and then choose Javascript.

Step 3. Click Copy to copy the widget code.

Step 4. Head to your Qwilr account now, and click on your initials in the top right corner. Choose Add Integrations. 

Step 5. Choose Drift from the integration page, and click Enable Drift.

Step 4. Paste that Javascript snippet into the box. Then click Update Drift App ID. Afterward, the Javascript will be removed and your Drift ID will remain. And that's it! You're all set to start using the integration.

Using the integration

Once you've set up the integration, your Drift chat widget will automatically show up on the public version of all your Qwilr Pages. Your clients will be able to send you chat messages directly, and those messages will appear in Drift so you can reply.
