Updating your payment method on file

Easily update your payment information: keep your Qwilr account current

Managing your payment information is crucial to ensuring uninterrupted access to Qwilr's powerful features. In this article, you'll learn how to check your current account payment details and how to update your payment method whenever necessary.


What is my current payment method on file?

Step 1. Click your initials in the top right corner of the page. Then choose Account Settings

Step 2. From there, click Billing.

Step 3. In the Billing screen, click the Manage billing button on the Subscription line.

Step 4. In the Current Subscription page you will see the following info:

  • Your current plan.
  • How many seats you're paying for and your API Rate package.
  • Your next billing date.
  • Your current payment method and the ability to add a payment method.
  • Your billing information and the ability to update your billing information.
  • Your invoice history.

Updating your payment method

Step 1. Click your initials in the top right corner of the page. Then choose Account Settings

Step 2. From there, click Billing and then click the Manage billing button on the Subscription line.

Note: If your account has reached a past-due state, this click will take you to the Plan Explorer page. Contact us at help@qwilr.com if you're unable to update your card details, and our Support Team will help.

Step 3. Select the Add payment method option. You have to add your new payment method before you can remove the old one.

Step 4. On the Add payment method screen you will receive your payment options. Select the type at the top and then fill in the relevant details below and click Add. Your payment options are based on your region. For more info on that, review the managing your subscription article.

Step 5. The new payment selection is automatically set as the default payment method. You can either change the default method or delete previous payment methods no longer necessary by clicking on the three-dots menu to the right of each payment option.
