Changing your account name or email address

If you need to change your account email address, company name, or password, here's how to do that. 

Changing your account name or email address

Step 1. Head to the top right corner of your Qwilr dashboard. Click on your initials and then choose Profile.

Step 2. This places you on the Profile page. You'll see fields to edit your name, email address, and password. Make your changes and click Update.

Note: If you have a Springboard account and would like to change your Qwilr account email address, reach out to us at help@qwilr.com or via the help button in your Qwilr account.

Changing your company name

Step 1. Head to the top right corner of the Qwilr dashboard and click on your initials. Choose Account Settings.

Step 2. Choose Account from the left menu.

Step 3. On this page, you can update your company's name. Click Update to save the change.
