Deleting users

If a user leaves your company or no longer needs a Qwilr account, you'll want to remove their login. Here's how to do it.

Note: You'll need to be an admin to remove users.

Step 1. Click on your initials in the top right corner. Then choose Manage Team

Step 2. Your Team page has a list of all the users in your account. Click on the 3-dot icon to the right of the user you want to remove. Then choose Remove.

Step 3. Click Remove to confirm.

Step 4. If this user created Qwilr Pages, you'll be asked to choose a new owner for those pages. Click Move Projects to confirm.
