FAQ: Can I reset the Collaborator preview link?

If you've sent the Collaborator preview link to your team, but someone has shared it too widely, you can disable access any time.

The Collaborator preview link is designed for internal use. But there might be times when a colleague sends this link to someone who shouldn't have access to the page.

If this happens, you can always reset the link. That will disable the original one, and you can send your authorized colleagues the new link to continue collaborating.

To reset, click the Collaborate button and then click Reset the link.
