Changing your Springboard email address or profile name

Are you looking to change the email address used in your Qwilr Springboard account? 

Step 1. Log into your Springboard account at https://springboard.qwilr.com

Step 2. Select Profile from the drop-down menu in the top right corner of your Springboard account

Step 3. Make the necessary changes to your email address or username in the fields below and click Update Profile

Step 4. You will receive a confirmation email in your email inbox.

Note: Users with Springboard Account emails that match Qwilr Account login email addresses will still need to reach out to the support team, at this time, to update their Springboard Account information. You can do this by clicking "help" in the bottom right of your Qwilr account, or emailing us at help@qwilr.com
