Adding the Quote Summary widget to an Agreement

The Quote Summary widget pulls key details directly from the quote block and displays them in a clear, concise overview within your Agreement. This ensures that important information is easily accessible and visible, simplifying the review and approval process.

Adding the Quote Summary widget is extremely easy. Follow these steps:

Step 1. Open your Agreement view by tapping the Edit agreement button.

Step 2. Tap on the Plus icon and choose Quote Summary

The widget will instantly appear in the agreement.

Excluding “Display Only” Items from Quote Summary

Sometimes, one of the Quote Blocks you have might be for display purposes only. In such a situation, you might want to hide certain items in your Quote Summary widget. For example, if you use Plan Cards to showcase packages and features but want to ensure they don't appear in the Quote Summary widget, there's a solution.

You can easily “hide” these display-only Quote Blocks, ensuring that only the relevant, selectable items are shown in the summary, keeping your Agreement clear and focused.

To ensure your Quote Block doesn't appear in the Qwilr Summary widget, follow these steps:

Step 1. Scroll to your Quote Block and click the green Quote Type icon.

Step 2. Select Single select.

Step 3. Make sure Require a choice is left unselected.

Step 4. Now, head to the Plan Card Quote or Table Quote depending on the one you choose to keep hidden). Click the pencil icon, and then choose Properties.

Step 5. Enable Optional section.

What happens if I change the Accept Block settings?

Changing the Accept Block settings will directly update the agreement form settings. This means any adjustments you make to the Accept Block will be reflected in the agreement, ensuring that all terms and conditions are consistently applied and accurately represented.
