Creating a CSV

Step 1. Create a CSV file you’d like to use to mass create Qwilr Pages. The names of your columns are going to be used as custom fields in your page.

Creating a Blueprint template

Step 2. Create a Qwilr Page and add your custom fields wrapping each of them in two curly brackets like this {{   }}. Your custom fields have to match 100% the column names in your CSV.

For example, if the column is named companyName, the custom field you’d add to your Qwilr Page would be {{companyName}}.

Bulk Creating Qwilr Pages

Step 3. Once the CSV and the Blueprint page are done, you are ready to bulk create Qwilr Pages. There are 2 ways to upload a CSV:

1. On your dashboard, click on the page menu button next to the name of the Qwilr Page needed. Select Blueprint.

2. From the Qwilr Page itself (in the edit mode), click on the page menu (three dots) in the top right corner of the page and select Blueprint.

Step 4. From the box that pops up, select Spreadsheet CSV.

Step 5. Click Upload CSV and choose your CSV. You will then be able to preview the results. If everything was done correctly, you will see variables correctly match the info from the CSV.

Step 6. If everything looks correct, click Build Projects. You will also be able to see how many Qwilr Pages will be built as a result.

Note: You can build up to 500 Qwilr Pages at a time.

Downloading a CSV with links

Once the pages have been created, on the same page, you will be able to download a CSV that will have links to every Qwilr Page that was built:

Browsing Pages Created

To browse the pages that were created, you can click on the Explore Projects button that you will see right after the pages have been created:

Or you can click on the Blueprint icon next name of the Blueprint page on your dashboard. You will then be able to click into each separate page to edit it or use the search bar to look for a specific page.
