Can I make another user an Admin?

Give your team the power: add multiple Admins in Qwilr!

Having multiple admins in your Qwilr account can streamline your team's workflow and enhance collaboration. By designating multiple Admins, you ensure that essential tasks like billing, brand setup, and account management can be handled efficiently. This flexibility allows your team to operate more smoothly and ensures that critical administrative functions are never dependent on a single person.


Admins in Qwilr have access to numerous functions that Creators don't, including creating Templates, changing brand settings, and updating your subscription.

You can have as many Admins in an account as you like.

Note: Only Account Admins can make someone else an admin.

Making someone an Admin

Step 1. Head to the top right corner of Qwilr and click on your initials. Then choose Manage Team

Step 2. Your Team page will display a list of current user accounts. Click on the menu next to the user you want to make an Admin. Then select Admin from the dropdown menu. 



This user will now have access to all Admin functions such as billing and changing your brand setup.
