Crisp Chat Integration

If you're a Crisp customer and you want to allow your clients to live chat with you, all without leaving your Qwilr Page, this integration is what you're looking for. Crisp offers both free and paid plans.

Note: Integration settings are only available to account admins.

Setting up the Crisp integration

Step 1. Log into your Crisp account and head to Settings → Website Settings. 

Step 2. Click Add Website, and then enter Qwilr as the name and as the domain. Then click Create website.

Step 3. A new page will load. Go to Setup Instructions. In the box that appears, click to copy your Crisp website ID.

Step 4. Head to your Qwilr account now. Go to the top right corner of the dashboard, and click on your initials. Then choose AddIntegrations.

Step 5. On the Integrations page, choose Crisp, and then click Enable Crisp.

Step 6. Paste your Crisp website ID into the page and then click Update Crisp Website ID.

Using the integration

As soon as you've enabled the integration, your Crisp chat box will pop up on the public web page of every proposal you share. Your clients can start sending live chat messages to your Crisp account.
