Optimizing login security for your Qwilr Team Account

Ensuring the security of your Qwilr Team Account is like setting the locks on your doors. As an Account Admin, you decide which keys your users can use to enter, providing an extra layer of protection. With multiple Single Sign-On (SSO) options available, Qwilr lets you choose the most suitable and secure methods for your Team to log in safely.

SSO login options for your Qwilr Account

Account Admin, you can configure your Team Account's login options for additional security. That way, users will only be able to use some certain methods to login to your Team's Qwilr Account.

In addition to email sign-on, Qwilr supports four SSO (Single Sign-On) options:

  • Google
  • Microsoft
  • HubSpot
  • Salesforce

As Admin, you can now set what login options you'll allow your users to use to log in for added account security.

A few key things to know:

  • Only Account Admins can access the login security configuration.
  • Email addresses must match. Users can only use an SSO button if that account uses the same email address as their Qwilr Account.
  • You’d need to select at least 1 login option for your Team’s Qwilr Account.
  • You'd need to enable Hubspot SSO for the Hubspot integration to work.

Setting up the login security options for your Account

Step 1. Head to the top right corner of Qwilr and click on your initials. Then choose View All Settings.

Step 2. In the left menu, choose Security.

Step 3. Click the check boxes for the login options you want to make available. Then click Save.

Adding a back-up email login for Admins

Let's say you've decided to use only allow using SSO options on your login with no email option. 

In that case, you can enable a back-up email login for your Account Admins. That way, if an issue occurs with the SSO you're currently using, you'll have a way to log into Qwilr and update settings so your users can access their accounts.

Step 1. Head to the top right corner of Qwilr and click on your initials. Then choose View All Settings.

Step 2. In the left menu, choose Security.

Step 3. Click the check box to allow email login for Admins. Then click Save.

What new invited users will see

When you invite a new user to your account, they'll receive an email with a Get Started Now link. 

When they click it, they'll be taken to a page that displays the login options you've configured for your account.
