Setting Automatic Page Expiry on a Template
If you're on our Enterprise plan, you can set up an automatic expiration on your templates. Then every page your team creates from the template will have that expiry setting.
Note: This feature is only available on our Enterprise plan.
Any admin in your account can set up expiry on a template. You can use it on CRM templates, and templates you use on Qwilr.
Step 1. To start, head into your template dashboard, and locate the template you wish to edit.
Step 2. From there, click the Share Settings.
Step 3. The sharing settings pop-up will open. Choose Link Expiry Settings, and enable the switch. Then set the number of days your team's pages will be available.
Now, every page created from this template will automatically have the same expiry setting. You can see this by clicking the Share button for the page.
Need to set a different expiry for a single page? No problem - click the Share button, then click Link Expiry Settings and change the number of days.
Need even more template security? You can combine link expiry with other Qwilr settings, like password protection and identity verification.
