Pipedrive CRM: User Guide

In this guide, we'll show you how to create personalized Qwilr Pages with details from your Pipedrive CRM records.

We're assuming here that you've already connected the integration and created a template in Qwilr.

Two ways to create personalized pages

Your method will depend on how you want to create your Qwilr Pages and pull in Pipedrive information.

  • Create a page from inside Qwilr and insert the Pipedrive record URL to pull in the unique data.
  • Create a Qwilr page from inside of Pipedrive by using our integrated marketplace app.

Create a Qwilr Page from inside Qwilr

With this method, page creation happens in your Qwilr account.

Step 1. In Pipedrive CRM, locate the record you want to use for personalizing your Qwilr Page. Make sure the record type matches the way your template was converted - a Deals template can only pull information from Deals records, for example.

Step 2. Copy the full URL of this Pipedrive CRM record.

Step 3. Head back to Qwilr and open your template library. From the dashboard, click the Create New button, and then choose From Template.

Step 4. Choose your Pipedrive template in the library. Then head to the top right corner and click the Create Page button.

Step 5. A field will pop up. Paste in the URL of your Pipedrive CRM record, and click Next.

Step 6. From there, you'll add a unique page title and choose a folder in your account to place the finished page in. You'll also see a confirmation that Qwilr can access all the Pipedrive CRM token data.

If there's no information in a particular Pipedrive CRM field, you'll see a warning message. You can either head back to Pipedrive CRM and fill in the field, or proceed with creating the page and add that information afterward.

Step 7. Click the Create Page button. Now you'll see several options:

  • You can set the page Live and then copy the public link to share with your client.
  • If you'd rather send the page to your internal team for review, you can copy the Collaborator link.
  • If you want to keep editing the page, you can click through to the Qwilr editor and keep making changes. (If you choose this option, you'll still be able to get the public link and Collaborator link later.)

To exit this pop-up, head to the top right corner and click  Close.

Now that your page is created, you'll be able to locate it in your Qwilr account, in the folder you designated.

On the Qwilr dashboard, you can also track page views and when your client accepts the page.

Note: These pages will not show up in the Pipedrive Record under the Qwilr menu.

Step 1. In Pipedrive CRM, head to a record that matches how your template was converted. If you created a Deals template, for example, you'll only be able to use it from Deals records.

Step 2. On the left-hand side menu of the record you've selected you'll see the option to Create a Qwilr Page .

Step 3. A tab will open, where you can choose your Pipedrive template. If you have multiple templates, you can search by title to find the one you need.

Step 4. On the next screen, you can give your page a unique title, and choose a folder where the page will be stored.

You'll also be able to verify that all of the tokens in your template were able to pull in data from Pipedrive CRM.

If there's no information in a particular Pipedrive CRM field, you'll see a warning message like the one below. You can either head back to Pipedrive CRM and fill in the field, or proceed with creating the page and add that information afterward.

Step 5.

See Your Qwilr Pages in Pipedrive

You'll see "Qwilr Pages" on the left-hand side menu of your record. It shows all pages that were created from this record, along with important details.

You can grab the Collaborate/Edit Page and Shareable links here, as we;; as a PDF copy from here. You'll also be able to see the number of views the page has, if it has an expiration date, the status change when your client accepts the page, and other creation details.

Note: Automations based on accepting Qwilr pages are not available for this CRM, as we do not have the ability to draw a specific record ID from the CRM into the Qwilr page it was generated from.

You'll also find the page on your Qwilr dashboard, where you can get the same links and status updates.
