Sidebar Navigation in Qwilr (beta)
Qwilr is testing an updated Dashboard navigation (link to original Dashboard help doc here) for interacting with our content libraries, settings, templates, etc. Some accounts will see this new navigation for some aspects of Qwilr. There is no new features in this style of navigation, just re-arranging how the content can be found on the Qwilr Dashboard.

The new sidebar navigation
The new sidebar navigation re-arranges a lot of your content to the left side of your Qwilr Dashboard when you log in. It has both an expanded and icon view. To start, let's look at the expanded view.
From top to bottom you will see the following options. These are the same options that the previous navigation had, just aggregated and more visible on the left-hand side.
- Create new - this allows you to create a new page from blank or explore your template library to create new pages.
- Templates - this allows you to mange your template library as well as explore prebuilt templates from Qwilr.
- Content library - this includes images, saved blocks, and brand information. We will provide more detail about that below.
- Agreements - this includes all saved agreement blocks specifically.
- Payments - for our customers using QwilrPay this will have the account details around that functionality.
- Automations - for our customers with Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive integrations, this will lead you to the automations library to manage your Qwilr automations.
- Integrations - a link to go straight to your integrations settings for different applications and Qwilr.
- Analytics - this allows you to review both your Pipeline Report and your Engagement Scores.
Content library
The content library includes you image library, saved blocks, and brand information.
Blocks will navigate to your saved block library. From there you can mange and review all saved block content and information, including making edits to your saved blocks and managing them in folders and subfolders.
Images includes all uploaded images to your account, manageable by folders. This will allow you to organize your PNGs, JPGs, and GIFs as you see fit, arranging them into subfolders for better organization when you need to add images to proposals and templates you're using.
Brand will lead you directly to your account brand settings, including options on updating colors and font settings for your account.
Analytics
Currently, under our Analytics section, this includes the Pipeline Report and your Engagement level settings.
Pipeline report is a broad overview of your overall weekly/monthly/quarterly stats for your Qwilr pages that can be filtered by users, page states, etc. to understand your current Qwilr volumes. More information the report can be found here.
Engagement scores relates to setting up Engagement levels that you can assign to pages to trigger notifications that let your team know about high and low engagement levels for pages. Find out more about that here.
Account settings
At the bottom left of your Qwilr dashboard when you login is your Account settings icon which allows Admins in Qwilr full access to the Qwilr account settings.
This is also an accessible menu in the top right of the Qwilr account if you click on your initials and select Profile. In collapsed form, you will only see the gear icon.
Collapsed sidebar navigation
This sidebar is collapsible to only include the icons beside each option to create a cleaner view of your Qwilr Dashboard. If you click the icon below you will see the column shrink to only include the sidebar icons once you become familiar with the navigation.
This will create a list of simple icons to the side.
To re-expand the icons you can click on the Qwilr logo at the top.

As previously stated, this is simply a beta test to see if re-arranging the navigation of assets on your Qwilr Dashboard. If you see the more traditional Dashboard layout and would like to change to this, or have any questions around navigation, please reach out to help@qwilr.com.
