Qwilr User Roles and Permissions

As you invite new users to your account, you'll be able to choose their role.

Admin users can:

Access and edit all pages created by other users in your account
Comment on all pages in the account
Change your account's billing info or subscription level
Set brand colors and fonts
Create or modify your custom subdomain or custom domain (Scale accounts only)
Add or remove users
Change an existing user's role
Add or remove integrations
Create custom page templates
Create templates to use with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRMs
Change permission settings for every page in the account
Create dashboard folders
Edit and share any folder in the account, including page, saved block, and image folders - with any users or teams
Create and edit blocks in the saved block library
Lock blocks so only admins can edit them (locked blocks override any folder-level edit access)
Create and edit blocks in the saved block library
Set and change default sharing settings
Approve account access requests

Create new pages and access all pages they've created
Access pages created by others, based on the account's default sharing setting and settings on individual pages
Create dashboard folders and automatically get edit access to folders they create
Access pages, saved blocks, and images stored in folders, based on their access level for each folder (Can edit, Can view) or for page folders only - Limited
Share folders with users or teams, as long as they have edit access to the folder
Use all templates in the account (Creators can't create templates, however.)
Comment on any pages where they have edit access
Create and edit blocks in the saved block library, based on their folder access (locked blocks can only be edited by admins)
Invite other users to the account, if the default sharing setting permits
